What is the delivery time?
The Netherlands and Belgium: ships within 1 to 2 business days, delivery 2 days thereafter.
Other European countries: visible at checkout.
Can I order by email
No. Ordering is only possible through our webshop. We do not process orders via email.
Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured by selected international partners and then stored and shipped from our fulfilment centre in Europe.
Each supplier is assessed by us for quality and reliability.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know what the shipping costs are before you complete your purchase. Shipping is free for orders over 35 euros.
Do you ship to my country (e.g. USA)?
We currently only ship within Europe.

Is your country not visible? Then we do not currently deliver there.
Why don't I see my country at checkout?
We only deliver to countries available in the checkout. This may vary from period to period.
